The Crocodile Grass Slasher, also referred to as a Weeder or Lasher, is a durable manual cutting tool designed for clearing overgrown grass, weeds, and light brush efficiently.

Features

Blade Material: Most Crocodile slashers feature high-quality carbon or steel blades that are hardened and tempered, ensuring sharp, precise, and long-lasting performance for repetitive cutting tasks
Blade Length & Shape: Standard blade lengths range from approximately 690mm to 750mm (around 28–29½ inches). Some models, like the Martindale variant, have a curved edge or sickle-shaped design to improve slashing efficiency . The tapered or spoon-bill style helps lift and cut through grass more effectively.
Handles: Handles may be made of wood (often reinforced with rivets) or poly for comfort and grip. Poly handles provide ergonomic support and reduce fatigue, while wooden handles ensure durability and a traditional feel
Weight: Most are lightweight (around 0.5–1.2 kg) for maneuverability
